Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the questions I get asked the most. Don't see yours? Apply and ask me on your free call.

How does online coaching work?

You apply, and I reach out personally to set up a free call. We talk through your goals, your schedule, and what’s been holding you back, then build a plan around you. From there you get a training plan built for your body and schedule and accountability to keep you on track, plus nutrition coaching if you want it.

How much does coaching cost?

It depends on your goals and whether you add in-person sessions. We’ll go over pricing on your free call. No pressure, no commitment.

Do I need a gym?

No. You don't need a full gym or hours of free time. I can build your plan around a full gym, a few dumbbells or kettlebells at home, or whatever you have access to.

I'm a beginner. Is coaching for me?

Yes. I'll meet you where you are. We start with the basics and good form, then build from there. Form is everything, and it's what keeps you progressing without getting hurt.

Do you help with nutrition?

Yes, if you want it. Nutrition coaching is optional, and you can add it anytime. If you do, I’ll help you set your macros and build habits you can actually stick to, without fad diets. Want a head start? Try the free macro calculator.

Do you offer in-person training?

Yes. I train clients in person in Danville, San Ramon, Alamo, Blackhawk, and Walnut Creek, 1:1 or in small groups, with assisted stretching and recovery work. In-person sessions are an add-on to coaching. Learn more about in-person training.

I'm not in the Bay Area. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Online coaching works wherever you are.

What happens after I apply?

I'll personally reach out to set up a free call. We'll talk about your goals, answer your questions, and figure out the best plan for you.
